MEAT PIZZETTE: A DELICIOUS SECOND COURSE!

With this simple and tasty recipe that includes baking and, as a result, helps keeping a low level of fats, Federica participated in the Quinto Quarto Festival of Gubbio in 2014 together with Chef Fabrizio Rivaroli, Chef Marco Bistarelli and the food blogger Luca Sessa, as well as other personalities from the national scene.
Here are all Federica tips to reproduce the dish at home!

 
DIFFICULTY LEVEL: easy
PREPARATION TIME: few minutes
COOKING TIME: 10 minutes
SERVES 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS

4 Cascine di Granda Piedmontese hamburger 
300 ml approx. of tomato sauce
250 g of mozzarella fior di latte bocconcini Fattorie degli Alburni
Pitted black olives
Artichokes in oil
Ham
Mushrooms in oil
Oregano
Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparing these little pizzas is extremely easy!!!
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Season the hamburgers with the tomato sauce, the mozzarella fior di latte bocconcini and the oregano. Add other typical ingredients you like: pitted black olives, artichokes in oil, ham and mushrooms in oil. Finally drizzle some oil and bake in a conventional oven for about 10 minutes.
