Torrefazione Musetti srl was founded in Piacenza in 1934 by Luigi Musetti, with the name of “House of Coffee” and then pursues the development of the “Culture of the Italian coffee” to create a high quality product. Musetti family has always been dedicated to product quality a constant care and constant attention to technological innovation, in order to get a “result in cup” superb with flavor and fragrance details. The company has always follows directly import the raw material and specializes in the roasting, blending and marketing of the finished product. Musetti coffee has also developed a production system “just in time” and a method of vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere to maintain longer the flavor and aroma of the “true” Italian espresso. Since 2003 the company moved to its new headquarters in Pontenure – near Piacenza – where the modern plant allows to offer a higher quality of coffee thanks to numerous technological innovations. In the same time was also opened the school for Italian coffee professionals with the famous barman Luigi Lupi as a responsible.
