For a quick lunch, you know, the sandwich is the ideal solution!
Often however we have little immagination and we find ourselves always enjoying the same sandwhiches…
Today we want to give you a hint to prepare a gourmet sandwich with high quality products in few and simple steps!
THE CHEF’ SUGGESTION
To give crunchiness to the recipe, cook the slices of bread on a hot grill for a few minutes.
- Bread (baguettes)
- 500g flour Uniqua rossa Molino Dallagiovanna
- 15g yeast
- 50g extra virgin olive oil
- 300g water
- 10g salt
- Sandwiches (for 6 small baguettes)
- Parmesan cheese flakes Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 24 mesi Malandrone 1477
- 300g Parma ham
- ½ pineapple
- Mesclun salad
Mix lukewarm water with oil and yeast. Add to the flour and then add the salt. Form a ball and cover with a dishtowel.
Let rise for 30 minutes and then shape into 50g baguettes. Let rise again for 30 minutes and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the inside of each half with mayonnaise and place on a serving dish.
Arrange 3 roses of Parma ham on each slice of bread, alternating with slices of pineapple.
Top with some Parmesan flakes and mesclun salad.
