Since childhood, he has always loved spending time in the kitchen.
Luca liked watching his mother and grandmother cook Piacenza traditional dishes or try new flavourful recipes.
After attending the culinary institute, he had the chance to work with many experts who taught him how to master the art of cooking.
Working in different restaurants allowed him to grow and refine the knowledge acquired during its studies, trying new recipes and combining traditional methods with modern culinary techniques.

PRIVATE CHEF

After years of working in the restaurant industry, he was ready for something new. He made the decision to cook at his clients’ home so as to connect directly with them and their needs. He brings in a professional service, enhancing the atmosphere of their home.
As a personal chef, he makes you forget about crowded rooms and noise, as well as the inconvenience of you having to go out to a restaurant. Clients can try special menus at home, surrounded by a family environment. He is also available to teach individual or group cooking classes.
With many years of experience, he offers professional advice for the restaurant industry. Humility, passion, competence and transparency represent the key elements of his way of working, as well as being the basis of this ancient craft.
